All guests are required by UAE law to carry original ID. Tourists must bring original Passport. UAE Residents can bring original Passport or Emirates ID. Failure of compliance can lead to a fine that will be decided by the local authorities and will be chargeable to guests.
No Smoking at any time on board our Yachts.
Any personal items that are lost, dropped in the water, damaged or stolen is not the responsibility of Royal Amora yachts.
Royal Amora Leisure Yachts and Boat Rental L.L.C will not be liable for any injuries caused by abuse of alcohol, banned substances, reckless behaviour or not following crew instructions. This may also result in immediate termination of the charter without any refund.
Jumping off the yacht while sailing or at anchor is not allowed and will result in the charter being terminated without a refund.
As per the UAE coastguard guidelines and for your own safety, swimming after sunset and swimming more than three meters away from the Yacht is strictly forbidden.
Life jackets are to be worn when the coast guard issues a weather warning or when the Captain deems it necessary.
To comply with our insurance provider, it is not permitted to participate in any water sports activity run by a third party during your trip.
All Guests must board and disembark the Yacht from the same designated berth in the marina.
Total number of guests must not exceed the number agreed during your booking.
